Mix and Match with Insurance-covered sessions:
All packages may be used in combination with what your insurance covers for MNT (Medical Nutrition Therapy), so if your plan covers 3 sessions with an RD for example, then those 3 sessions of a package will be paid by insurance and you will only pay for the remaining sessions in the package. .
In your first session (the Initial Consult), we’ll go over your goals, current habits, and create an initial plan. Nutrition is a process, and real, lasting change takes time. Based on what most clients need, I typically recommend at least 4-6 sessions spread over a few months to see meaningful results. Some clients need fewer, some need more—it all depends on your goals and progress. Think of it like personal training for your health; consistency and follow-ups help reinforce habits and adjustments to keep you on track.
